Taunya Woods, LCPC / Charisma Therapy and Wellness Services, PLLC

Hello, my name is Taunya Woods, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, in IL/TX/IN. After completing training in 1994 at Illinois State University, I began practicing therapy. I have experience serving clients in various settings: DCFS agency, Medicaid population, community non-profit organization, college campus, Christian counseling center, managed care organization and private practice. I service clients via in-person and virtual sessions/ platforms. My strengths are in: CBT and using an eclectic individualized treatment approach with young adults, adults, family, and couples. Outside of behavioral health care, in my free time I enjoy traveling, relaxation, family time and helping others in various capacities.
